• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Description

• To set up and operates haemodialysis machine to provide dialysis treatment for patients: Attaches dialyzer and tubing to machine to assemble for use
• Takes and records patient's pre-dialysis weight, temperature, blood pressure and pulse rate
• To clean the equipment and treatment area
• Managing Store and order consumable item
• To help inspection equipment settings, including pressures, conductivity (proportion of chemicals to water), and temperature to ensure conformance to safety standards
• Provide basic care for and knowledge of use the dialysis access

Requirements

• Min SPM/Diploma/Degree in Nursing or in a relevant subject
• Posses with Certificate in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Min 2 year experience of working in a Haemodialysis units
• Able to take action and report to Supervisor, Staff Nurse & Assistant Medical Officer if any emergency occurs
• Understanding & practical knowledge
• Willing to work overtime during emergency cases or when needed

Job Description

• Responsible for managing patient’s information
• Perform charge nurse duties for daily operations of haemodialysis
• To arrange Staff nurse, Assistant Medical Officer and Patient’s schedule
• To provide a report to the Nephrologist (NIC), Doctor (PIC) and National Renal Registry (NRR)
• To Guide the staff Assistant Medical Officer (AMO), staff Nurse and Dialysis Technician (TA)
• To ensure that the treatment to patients is in good order and cleans
• To assist the patients in taking the prescribed medications and make sure that the patients are following all the instructions given by the doctors
• To ensure center good practice following standard KKM requirements

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Nursing or in a relevant subject
• State Registered Nurse with Post Basic in Renal
• Posses with Certificate in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Min 2 year experience of working in a Haemodialysis units.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and take appropriate decisions
• They should be devoted and passionate towards their work and should be ready to work at any time in case of emergency
• Understanding & practical knowledge
• Willing to work overtime during emergency cases or when needed

Salary

• RM3,000.00 – RM5,000.00 per month
